Hi I have a user that has been using Illustrator CC for many months but today is unable to open it.
He is on a Mac (10.7.5)
I have deleted all the Illustrator preferences in his Preference Folder, repaired permissions
But nothing is working.
All other adobe apps are fine, and when logging into another account on his mac Illustrator opens fine, indicating it is something specific to his user account rather than the application.
Is there anything else I can try deleting in his Library other than preferences?
