I recently payed for a year of cloudcutter and the menu allows you to install several programs but it will not let me download Illustrator??? i click on it and it just says "waiting" forever and never goes to complete installation??? It downloaded Photoshop fine? I am a student and I've already gotten 3 0's on homework assighnments in my GRD-151 Class (Covers Illustrator CS6) so idk what to do!? please help! I'm wasting $ and time if i cant get it to work SMH.
