Suddenly crashing often

Hi there

I use Photoshop, illustrator and After Effects on a daily basis, normally without issue. Suddenly this morning, all three are crashing often. In illustrator, changing layer order can cause it, or simply selecting a shape.

Not sure what could have triggered this overnight. I didn't do a system update or anything of that nature.
