How to make custom shapes go around circle?

So got this shapes and i need them to go around like an circle shapes and so it would have perfect distance from each other and they all would be the same size. The problem I am having now if I just copy and paste them and try to rotate them my self and resize it I just not getting it right. How could I doi proparly either with Illustrator or Photoshop. Thank you !
