I am trying to cancel my monthly subscription, but when i go to manage account --> plans/products online nothing shows up. I know my membership is still good because I just got charged the monthly amount. I can't find any number to call or email to contact for help.

How To Store Font Information In Xml Variables
Hello guys,
I am a software developer and new to Adobe Illustrator. I will write some kind of integartion tool which export xml file for variables. There some information and tools on the internet. However, I couldn't have been found any solution to problem below.
- Is there any way to store font information (size, weight, italic or not etc.) in the variable xml?
- Is there any reference guide what can be stored in xml variables? In other words, What kind of integration AI supports with xml variables file?

import eps created in inkscape (cairo)
Hello,
I have an eps created in Inkscape. I have the following issue: Illustrator opens it without an error, but it rasterizes the gradient. It is a non transparent gradient, from red to blue, a bit oblique. Weirdly, the eps is opened back fine in Inkscape, as a full editable gradient. But in Inkscape is opened as image raster all of the gradient shape. Any idea what happens?

can I use variables within a text field?
I have seen that you can use variables within illustrator, but I am not sure if that's what I am after?
I have a design with duplicated text fields. One prints on the left of the page and one on the right. If I make a change I need to do it to the text on both sides.
Is it possible to do this via variables? for example the contents of a text field would be "matt's mail". I would set the textbox text to be "{name} mail". I could then replace {name} with a few different names then print each one.
I should add that I do not want to batch print... these are a one off. It's for a label which we print. It would just save me having to make changes twice which is quite time consuming!

cannot create a custom shortcut for Select same fill and stroke in CC
Hello,
I am trying to create a new shortcut for Select Same fill and stroke in Illustrator CC.
Here's what I did:
1. Went to Keyboard Shortcuts and created a new set
2. Under Menu Commands, tried to assign a new shortcut to Select > Same > Fill and stroke.
3. In the shortcut column there's an "X" preventing me to add or modify.

Printing in Illustrator
I've been trying to print my document I created in Illustrator however it keeps printing off center and no where near what it looked like in the program. I tried printing it as a pdf but that also came out not centered. I did at test page in Microsoft Office, which printed centered. Any idea what could be wrong or how I truly align to center in the Illustrator program?

Shared items disappear from sidebar
When I first open Illustrator CC in Yosemite, I can save a file to any shared drive/folder etc., one time. When I attempt to save the next file I open, any shared items are gone from the side bar. Shared items are checked to appear in my finder preferences, they just don't show up unless I re-start Illustrator. And then only for the first save. I am up to date on all software. Any ideas?

Need to uninstall and reinstall?
After repairing our Windows XP from a viral attack, many files were encrypted, and lost, and also Illustrator CS5 would no longer print from the program, receive a "Cannot Print Illustration" indicator, and the help screen is completely unpopulated, as well as the symbols libraries. Is it going to be necessary to uninstall and reinstall and what are the pros and cons of doing that?
